How to preview your shipping cost:

As you choose and add tiles to your shopping basket, you will be able to preview your shipping cost easily by using the mini basket display in our online store. Go to our online store by clicking here , add the tiles you would like to your shopping basket, and then do the following:

To preview the shipping cost for your order (only available if you have added tiles to your shopping basket), click on the "Shipping options?" link in the mini basket display on the top left menu bar. Enter your destination for "Ship to country", and click "Update" to get your shipping cost and options.

Tiles available in inventory are shipped within a few days by:

• Standard airmail, with a delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks,
• or by door to door express mail service with a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipping.
• Express mail service is available at checkout, with a delivery time of around 3 to 5 days to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, the rest of Europe and other parts of the world.
• For personalized or custom name plates, the time needed is longer. Please contact us for details.

Shipping rates including cost of tiles: (for 6 inch unframed tiles)

Here are some shipping rates to various destinations. The price includes the cost of tiles including shipping, in US dollars:

Shipping rates are calculated according to weight, and the cheapest shipping method is chosen for your package.

• Packages up to 1.5 Kg (six unframed 6" tiles) are shipped by standard air mail, with 2 to 3 weeks delivery time.
• Packages over 1.5 Kg (7 tiles or more) are shipped by "Express mail delivery", with delivery times of 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipping, guaranteed. If you need to receive your tiles quickly, choose "Express mail delivery".

For example, if your order is a small package of up to 6 unframed 6 x 6 inch tiles (up to 1.5 Kg), it will be mailed by standard air mail. You can choose "Express mail delivery" for faster delivery, in 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipping.

Delivery times:

• Standard air mail (default shipping method) takes 2 to 3 weeks, and longer during the holiday rush season.
• Express mail service usually takes 3 to 5 business days, and sometimes longer during the holiday rush season.
